4-H Million Trees Project (4HMT)
An international service-learning project to inspire up to 6 million 4-H youth to plant trees in their communities to help slow global climate change. 

First Hand Learning

An award-winning, multi-disciplinary environmental education program for educators and students in PreK-grade 12. PLT is a program of the American Forest Foundation. 

Project Wild
A conservation and environmental education programs for students in K-12. It is based on the premise that young people and educators have a vital interest in learning about our natural world. Emphasizing wildlife because of its intrinsic value, Project WILD addresses the need for human beings to develop as responsible citizens of our planet.

This Web guide was designed to address the need for ongoing professional development of out-of-school activity leaders by offering specific training tools for those who may want to present workshops and provide ongoing training for this audience. We expect that specific content on this site can be used flexibly depending on the needs and experience of the community-based organization with which you are working.

NPASS2: National Partnership for After School Science
